Hena joined the BID team two years ago and brought with her a wealth of administrative experience which she puts to good use here in her role as Executive Assistant and Office Administrator.

Her schedule involves organising our regular Professional Lunches and other networking opportunities for our businesses and she also works closely with the board of directors and other stakeholders.

Hena brings numerous skills to the role, gained not only from volunteering and community work but in customer service, events organising and administrative duties.

And she balances her heavy workload with being a mum, running her own small business and loves to read whenever she has a spare minute.

She is currently on maternity leave, but we look forward to welcoming her back to the BID family.
