Starters:
Arancini alla Vodka – Crispy arancini filled with creamy Fior di Latte cheese. Served with a vodka tomato sauce and finished with 24 month aged Parmigiano reggiano.
Zuppa di Calvolfiore – Roasted cauliflower soup topped with crispy guanciale. Served with homemade Tuscan Bread (G)
Focaccia con Pomodorini – Focaccia with confit cherry tomatoes. (G, Ve)
Main Courses:
Pappardelle alla Vodka – Homemade pappardelle pasta with a classic creamy tomato sauce. (G, V)
Pappardelle alla Bolognese – Homemade pappardelle pasta served with a slow cooked rich beef ragu. (G)
Vito’s Parmagiana – Breaded Aubergine, served with Sam Marzano tomato sauce and topped with with smoke Scamorza cheese (V)
Polpette al Sugo – Homemade tender beef & pork meatballs in a flavourful tomato sugo and fresh parsley. Served with our homemade Tuscan bread. (G)
Desserts:
Gelato fatto in casa – Two scoops of ice cream, vanilla or chocolate. (GF, V)
Tiramisu – Combining the flavours of Savoiardi and velvety Tia Maria infused mascarpone cream, finished with a dusting of rich cocoa powder. (V)
Panna Cotta al Rabarbaro – Velvety vanilla bean panna cotta with a rhubarb compote (GF)
