Royal – Smoked salmon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
Benedict – Bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce
Florentine – Spinach, mushroom, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce
Black Pudding – Doreen black pudding, peppercorn sauce, eggs and bacon
Kippers – Smoked kippers, poached eggs and grilled tomatoes

Padron Peppers – Charred peppers, cured in garlic olive oil with mixed olives and feta
