Spent grain breakfast – Small breakfast (1 of each item)
2 x pork sausages, 2 x bacon, 2 x eggs, beans, doreen black pudding, mushroom, tomato & white/brown toast.
American breakfast
Buttermilk pancakes, sausages, streaky bacon, fried eggs, hash browns & maple syrup.
Avocado toast

Smashed avocado, toast, tomato chutney, poached eggs, chilli oil & fried halloumi.
Spent eggs benny
Choose from belly pork, mushrooms or halloumi.
Poached eggs, spinach & tomato chutney, served on toasted crumpet with honey & chilli hollandaise sauce.
Veggie hash browns
Crispy hash browns topped with spinach, sauteed wild mushrooms, halloumi, parmesan, truffle oil & a fried egg.
Loaded hash browns

Pan fried king prawns with crispy chorizo & garlic butter. Toasted bloomer.
Squid
Crispy salt & pepper squid, roasted garlic mayo.
Goats cheese
Whipped goats cheese, roasted peaches, walnut crumb, hot honey, & crostini.

Chicken parmo – Breadcrumbed chicken breast, topped with bechamel sauce & melted cheese. Slaw & skin on fries.
