Located within Sheepfolds, Ember is known for bold, charcoal-led cooking and immersive menus. In 2026, a new literary–themed menu launches every 7 weeks, each brought to life through fire and flavour. Set on one level, with wheelchair access and an open-plan kitchen, Ember also features a covered terrace with stunning views over the River Wear and Keel Crossing.
