Bruschetta diavola – Oven baked bruschetta topped with mozzarella and spicy salami

Bruschetta classica (V) – Classic fresh tomato, garlic and basil bruschetta

Caprese (V) – Fresh mozzarella and tomato salad dressed with basil and EVO oil

Calzoncini fritti (V) – Deep fried mini pastries filled with tomato and cheese served with cold passata

Linguine aglio e olio – Linguine with garlic, EVO oil and anchovy sauce finished with aromatic toasted breadcrumbs

Rigatoni arrabbiata (V) – Rigatoni with chilli and garlic in a tomato sauce

Linguine al salmone – Linguine with smoked salmon in a creamy and tomato sauce

Rigatoni panna e prosciutto – Rigatoni with ham and creamy parmesan sauce

Pollo fritto – Breaded chicken breast topped with either garlic butter or tomato and mozzarella, both served with chips

Spigola alla pizzaiola – Fillet of fresh seabass oven baked with cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, white whine and potatoes
