Having joined Richard Reed Solicitors in 2003 as a Family Law Solicitor, Sarah Reid became an Owner Director in 2009 and was appointed Managing Director in 2017. In her leadership role, she is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the firm, with a strong focus on continuously improving processes to ensure the delivery of exceptional legal services to both individual and business clients.
Sarah is especially proud of the firm’s inclusive culture, where every team member regardless of their role or stage of career, has a voice. She firmly believes that the success of the firm is built on the strength of its people.
Sarah is also deeply committed to the wider community.
