Jane is responsible for Hays Travel’s internal and external communications strategies. She advises colleagues on media relations, brand reputation, stakeholder relations, and incident response. As well as being a member of Hays Travel’s incident management team, she is also a strong advocate for ethics and inclusion. Jane contributes to the group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Sustainability strategies and as a Chartered PR practitioner is also a member of both the CIPR Equality and Diversity Committee and its Diversity and Inclusion Network. Jane has over thirty years’ experience in communications and public affairs, gained in the public, private and higher education sectors.
