Sunderland-based businesses Unique Aura and Rain or Shine Counselling have joined forces to launch ‘Confidently You,’ a women’s empowerment morning designed to foster connection, boost confidence, and prioritise wellbeing.
Taking place on Sunday, 16 August from 11am-2pm at The Coffee Snug in Sunderland, the event offers women from across the North East a dedicated space to reset and recharge.
Born out of a shared passion for personal wellness, ‘Confidently You’ bridges the gap between inner mental health and outer expression.
Drawing on Unique Aura’s background in both psychology and fashion, alongside Rain or Shine Counselling’s therapeutic expertise, the event highlights how looking good and feeling good go hand in hand.
Kirsty Laing, Founder of Rain or Shine Counselling said: “I see it every day - women who are burnt out and exhausted. Putting their kids, partners, careers, and housework before themselves. ‘Confidently You’ is about giving women permission to pause, and pour back into their own cups, as well as learning practical tools to nurture a kinder, more supportive inner voice.”

Attendees can expect practical advice on positive self-talk, mental wellness, and self-care strategies from Rain or Shine Counselling. Complementing these wellbeing tips, Unique Aura will provide styling guidance on building confidence through clothing alongside an exclusive in-person pop-up stall where their collection can be browsed.
Guests will also receive complimentary goody bags, special discounts, and enjoy coffee and meaningful conversation in a warm, supportive environment.
