Sunderland Pride is into its 8th year and has succeeded from year to year. We have got bigger and bigger and last year we seen our cities streets covered in so much colour. It’s the time of the year when the ball is rolling fast and we are ready for the big day ahead.
This year Sunderland Pride is held on 23rd September 2018. It is held in our very own City Centre. Our parade will head through our City from Civic Centre to Park Lane where we will be greeted by our Pride stage with many acts and hosts, also concessions and our market stall area.
Our stage will be hosted by some amazing hosts and a live broadcast from our media partner which is Pride Radio. Our acts are The Grey Twins (Annabelle and Shelby), Lloyd Joyce, Smashby, Owen Seafield, The Muses, Shaun Crosby, City of Sunderland Dances, Northern Proud Voices, Gina Strings and more. Not forgetting Dj’s Michael Madison and DJ Steveo.
