inSunderland was set up with the sole intention of aiding and supporting Sunderland’s independent businesses. Our independents are the heart and soul of our city and we want to showcase them as much as possible.
With that said we do know how difficult times are at the moment with temporary closures to our brilliant venues. We will be doing our very best to speak to businesses individually to aid them in anything they need and help spread the word about their adaptations during this period.
We will be posting a daily update with what businesses who are open, are still offering and the measures they are taking to ensure the most important thing, the safety of the public.
We understand that all businesses situations are different, and we hope we can shine a positive light on these times and use this platform to aid as much as possible.

Independent businesses doing something a little differently:
